I understand that this is a application to volunteer for the St. Joseph Summer Camp and that this is not a guarantee that I will be accepted as a volunteer. I understand that this application will be reviewed by committee members and/or clergy member and acceptance may be based on my availability and tasks, and prior volunteer experience. I understand I must be 14 years or older to be considered to volunteer.

Volunteer Acceptance will be emailed on or after May 31st, 2026

By selecting "I agree" I permit my child to serve at St. Joseph's Blessed & Called Summer Camp in 2026. I continue to be legally liable for any personal acts made by the aforementioned minor (the "participant") in my capacity as parent and/or legal guardian.

I agree on behalf of myself, my child name (“participant”) or our assignees, successors, and assigns, to hold harmless and defend St. Joseph’s Chaldean Catholic Church, and their respective clergy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, chaperones, or representatives associated with the activity from any claim arising from or in connection with my child attending the activity or in connection with any illness or injury (including death) or cost of medical treatment in connection therewith, and I agree to compensate St. Joseph’s Chaldean Catholic Church, its officers, directors, agents, their respective clergy, its employees, agents, chaperones, or representatives associated with the activity for reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses which may incur in any action brought against them as a result of such injury or damage, unless such claim arises from the negligence of St. Joseph’s Chaldean Catholic Church.
